Ya I actually own a winning blue 05 Gt Rx-8... and I agree with the fact that the hand brake is completely out of the way... but, this is an overseas model where the hand brake is right next to the driver, not on the other side of the center console like ours

I've owned an RX8 & this is a fair review except that the hand brake doesnt get in the way at all & the steering wheel isnt "nice" its way too big, not in the ideal possision & bit ugly.

Overall a fair evaluation, but he fails to mention that the RX-8 has much better handling than the 350Z. To say that the RX-8 is "no MX-5" in handling is a bit of a stretch.

Tiff Needell is a good presenter. Perhaps not quite as entertaining as Jeremy Clarkson but a good presenter all the same and sure as hell a better driver. 5th Gear is absolute shit compared to Top Gear though. At least Needell likes the look of the car. Clarkson said the RX-8 was ugly.
