Porsche AG, often shortened to Porsche AG, or just Porsche, is a
German manufacturer of automobiles. It was founded in 1931 by
Ferdinand Porsche, an Austro-Hungarian engineer, born in Maffersdorf
(Vratislavice), Bohemia (now part of the Czech Republic) who also
created the first Volkswagen. The company is headquartered in
Zuffenhausen, a city district of Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg. They
currently produce sports cars, super cars and sport utility
vehicles.
